Job summary

Craft seeks an experienced design leader to own the quality, direction and consistency of the Experience Design team’s output. You’ll steer vision from visual UI to research, journeys and interaction design, while guiding a multidisciplinary team without hands-on micromanagement.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, lead Discovery, present to boards and influence scoping and estimation, leveraging Figma, design systems and AI tooling to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience leading agency design teams across creative and UX.
• Credible with senior stakeholders, Discovery, boards and pitches.
• Knowledge of Figma, design systems and emerging AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality, direction and consistency of the Experience Design output.
• Provide credible direction across creative and UX without micromanaging.
• Lead Discovery, present to boards and contribute to scope and estimates.
