Raffles London at The OWO, located on London’s Whitehall, combines the allure and heritage of Raffles with one of the world’s most historic addresses. The hotel is renowned for luxury, glamour, and extraordinary experiences.
This Grade II* listed Edwardian building has been transformed into a property with 120 rooms and suites, along with 85 branded residences. The OWO destination features nine restaurants and three bars, including one by signature chef Mauro Colagreco. The Guerlain spa and Pillar Wellness offer the latest in wellbeing, and a grand ballroom, The Whitehall, with a capacity of 600, is ideal for events and special occasions.

Your role will oversee the events operations department at Raffles London OWO, ensuring guest expectations are met throughout the event experience. You will maintain high levels of guest communication, preparation, and delivery for all events and meetings. The role requires anticipating guest needs and working closely with the kitchen and sales teams to exceed expectations. Collaboration with hotel staff and agency/reserve staff is essential to uphold service standards.
