To support this vision, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Estates to provide innovative leadership, fostering a sense of belonging on campus and creating a seamless connection between physical and digital spaces.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the university’s extended leadership team, reporting to the Chief Transformation and Resources Officer, Tracey Jessup. The Director will drive high standards of provision to enhance the student and academic experience, reinforce the university’s role in the city and its communities, and ensure the estate acts as a fundamental enabler for achieving the university’s ambitions.
The ideal candidate will have substantial senior leadership experience across multiple relevant areas, with a proven ability to improve complex environments. A commercial outlook, combined with the intellectual acuity and emotional intelligence to engage effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, will be essential.
