The Director will be a key member of the university’s extended leadership team, reporting to the Chief Transformation and Resources Officer. The role involves driving high-quality estate provision to enhance the student and academic experience, reinforcing the university’s role in the city and communities, and enabling the university’s ambitions through estate management.
The ideal candidate will have substantial senior leadership experience across relevant areas, with a proven ability to improve complex environments. A commercial outlook, combined with emotional intelligence and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively, is essential.
