Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Chief of Operations, the Interim Director of Global Network will lead regional network services to maintain optimal delivery during a period of re-organisation and change. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all global network services, ensuring effective management of technical leads, service management, management information, and helpdesks.

  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in global delivery.
  • Assess and forecast financial performance, managing activities to meet financial and revenue targets.
  • Deliver the annual Delivery Plan, including workforce strategy for the global network.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery and consistency worldwide.
  • Manage technical security and property management services, including estates remedial programmes and small works projects.
