Job Description:

Currently working with a leading advisory firm seeking a Data & AI Director to join their growing digital practice.

You will play a key role in expanding their Artificial Intelligence & Data offerings across core sectors, focusing on growing customers, revenue, and profitability. You will help clients address complex business problems using data, analytics, and technology, working closely with other areas of the firm.

The Data & AI Director position is suitable for experienced professionals who have both set a vision and remained hands-on in their work, possibly as a Chief Data Officer or Head of Data/AI.

• Identify and develop new consulting opportunities.
• Lead analytics solutioning and delivery teams in coordination with other teams within the firm.
• Formulate hypotheses regarding potential issues and financial performance.
• Develop data-driven approaches for improving company performance.
• Present findings and insights to senior management.
• Manage teams implementing solutions.
• Apply hands-on experience with complex, high-volume databases.
• Utilize predictive models, machine learning, and AI algorithms to develop insights and strategies.
• Create tools and solutions to support business strategies.
• Present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence & Data is essential.
• Leadership experience in a relevant Data/AI role is desirable.
• Preferred experience in Retail, CPG, and Private Equity sectors.
• Experience in proposal development and strong commercial instincts.
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of data, technology, and programming languages.
• Strong communication skills.
