AWD Online is recruiting for a Director of Data & Analytics to shape the organisation's data strategy and lead transformation across governance, engineering, analytics and BI. You will influence executive decisions and drive data literacy while building trusted data foundations.

This senior role requires extensive enterprise data leadership, with preferred experience in social housing or local authorities. Hybrid work from West London area is offered with a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data functions across governance, engineering, analytics and BI.
• Proven track record delivering data strategies and operating models.
• Ability to influence executives, boards and senior stakeholders.

• Lead data governance, quality, standards and controls across the organisation.
• Oversee data platforms, pipelines and architecture for secure, scalable operations.
• Drive data products that are reusable across the organisation and foster data literacy.
