• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Strong leadership experience within analytics, insight, BI or data-focused environments.
• Proven track record translating complex data into clear, decision-focused insight.
• Experience using analytics to improve business performance and inform strategic direction.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver analytics and insight strategy aligned with priorities and data vision.
• Lead development of an insight-led culture to support operational performance and strategic decision-making.
• Drive evolution of analytics from historical reporting to predictive and forward-looking insight.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality analytical outputs, including performance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Provide senior leaders with evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop capabilities in predictive analytics, data science and responsible AI.
• Identify analytics and AI use cases generating measurable business value.
• Collaborate with Data Governance and Data Product teams to embed data quality controls.
• Champion data literacy and promote analytics usage across the organisation.

Requirements

• Experience working within Social Housing/Local Authority, or a similarly sector is highly desirable.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Strong leadership experience within analytics, insight, business intelligence or data-focused environments.
• A proven track record of translating complex data into clear, decision-focused insight.
• Experience using analytics to improve business performance, support operational decision-making and inform strategic direction.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
• Experience operating within regulated, assurance-driven or complex organisational environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and assurance principles.
• Experience building high-performing teams and developing analytical capability.

We are A2Dominion, recruiting for a Head of Data Analytics based in Ealing with hybrid working and some office attendance required. This is a permanent full-time role of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £85,168 to £95,000 depending on experience.
