Zusammenfassung

StarCompliance is seeking a hands-on technical leader to build and scale a modern data platform and production AI capabilities. You will code and review, shape architecture, and guide a team to deliver high‑quality software faster through AI‑accelerated engineering.

Working with CTO and Product, you will embed AI across the delivery lifecycle, establish governance, and drive measurable improvements in velocity, quality and outcomes in a regulated financial services context.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience building modern data platforms.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Hands-on coding and architecture decisions in production AI contexts.

Aufgaben

• Design and build the data platform underpinning AI and analytics capabilities.
• Establish reliable, scalable data pipelines with governance and security.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI capabilities into production (LLMs, RAG, AI agents).
• Lead data engineers, ML engineers and data scientists to deliver production solutions.
• Embed AI across the software delivery lifecycle with measurable improvements.
