Job summary

StarCompliance is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to direct a software engineering team responsible for core components of our Enterprise SaaS platform. You will guide design, delivery, deployment, operation, and ongoing modernisation while maintaining practical depth to challenge decisions.

As we move toward an AI-first, agentic development model, you will establish workflows where engineers and AI agents collaborate across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Significant software engineering experience with hands-on leadership.
• Experience with C#/.NET and modern web tech stacks.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS or cloud apps.
• Strong API design, software architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and people development for the team.
• Own the technical direction of systems and services within the domain.
• Lead design decisions and ensure alignment with StarCompliance standards.
• Drive modernisation and reduce technical debt while ensuring security and reliability.
