Responsabilités

• Oversee governance and committee support services to the decision-making bodies and executive function.
• Deputise for the Trust Secretary in their absence.
• Manage the Corporate Governance Department and its services, including information governance and data protection.
• Monitor compliance with Standing Orders and internal Trust policies.
• Coordinate amendments to the Constitution and Standing Orders for Council of Governors and Board of Directors.
• Maintain the Trusts Registers of Interests and Hospitality, and report declarations as required.
