A prominent governance organization in Reading is looking for a mid-senior level Governance Manager to oversee corporate governance delivery. This full-time role involves planning, providing advice, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of higher education governance. Applicants should be willing to travel to various UK and European campuses as required. The role also includes managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective governance practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in risk management is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and coordination of the Governance calendar.
• Ensure deadlines are met for Board and Committee reporting.
• Provide high-quality advice on governance based on best practices.
• Support senior boards with quality agendas and minutes.
• Promote risk management best practices across the organisation.
