The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior governance professional to lead a Corporate Governance Department and provide high-level support to the Board, Council of Governors and Executive.

Reporting to the Trust Secretary, you will develop compliance arrangements, oversee information governance, FOI, data protection and risk management, and ensure adherence to NHS Foundation Trust regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Fully or partly qualified as Company Secretary/Corporate Governance Professional.
• Membership of appropriate professional body.
• Experience advising a Board on governance, compliance and best practice.
• Senior corporate level NHS experience (3 years+).
