Current Opportunity: Director of Child & Adolescent Counselling
Contract: 1-year maternity cover contract
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or remote depending on proximity to our Ealing, London office.
Requirement: Must have a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide clinical oversight and supervision for the counselling team.
• Report to the Chief Clinical Officer and monitor program quality through reporting and quality assurance activities.
• Develop training materials and identify training needs.
• Conduct call audits and manage performance issues.
• Coordinate care for high-risk and complex cases.
• Provide clinical consultations and oversee quality management activities.
• Establish KPIs aligned with departmental and company objectives.
• Collaborate with the dedicated account manager and monitor system performance and data.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold ethical standards.
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and provide crisis intervention when needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, psychology, or related field; fully licensed.
• Minimum three years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience with international organizations and team management.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and cultural sensitivity skills.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
