Current Opportunity

Position: Director of Child & Adolescent Counselling (1-year maternity cover)

Location: Hybrid or remote, based near our Ealing, London office

Requirements: PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, psychology, or related field; fully licensed

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee clinical supervision for the counselling team
  • Monitor program quality through reporting and quality assurance activities
  • Support team transitions and develop training materials
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage clinical cases
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
  • Three+ years experience with children, adolescents, and families
  • Experience working in international organizations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills
