As a Dynamics 365 Business Development Director, you’ll take the lead on shaping pre-sales and go-to-market strategies while working closely with Microsoft partners, technical teams, and industry specialists. Role Requirements of a Dynamics 365 Business Development Director

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and presales strategies aligned with Microsoft Business Applications
  • Build and nurture trusted client relationships by identifying key pain points and delivering scalable solutions
  • Lead discovery workshops, qualify opportunities, and craft value-driven proposals and RFP responses
  • Manage strategic relationships with Microsoft and internal delivery teams to shape winning propositions
  • Represent the business at events, demos, and initial client engagements to drive awareness and influence

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in business development, pre-sales, or solution architecture within Microsoft Business Applications
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot — with up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft partner relationships and leading large-scale deals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels, including C-suite
  • Microsoft certifications are desirable; experience with commercial models, agile methodologies, and licensing is a plus
