Job summary

Wyatt Partners seeks a senior analytics leader to grow and embed data-driven decision making across the business. You will build and lead an analytics function, collaborating with sales and marketing to translate data into actionable insights.

You will develop pricing and marketing models, guide strategic decisions, and communicate outcomes to directors. A focus on complex markets and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading an analytical team and expanding analytics within an organisation.
• Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams and department heads to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication and engagement; able to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience dealing with complex international marketplaces.
• Tableau and Cognos Analytics familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and marketing models to inform commercial strategy.
• Provide insights guiding long-term market and trade channel strategy to support growth and profit.
• Summarise insights to help sales teams with short- and long-term planning.
• Lead in pulling together commercial insights to identify trends and ROI on marketing investments.
• Develop reporting to review monthly, quarterly, and annual trade and sales performance.
• Provide regular reporting and commentary to directors and stakeholders.
