Job summary

GSK is seeking a Director of AI ML & Cloud Security to lead engineering delivery across agentic framework, AI solution engineering, platform infrastructure and the data fabric pipeline. Qualifications

• Significant experience in cyber security or AI engineering, incl. leading technical teams across geographies.
• Leading four engineering workstreams - agentic framework, AI solution engineering, data fabric, and AI/ML platform engineering.
• Engineering standards for AI delivery - testing harnesses, versioning, observability and cost/latency budgets.
• Applying binding AI security standards in build - access control, identity binding, least privilege and auditability.
• Signing off vendor handover and ensuring builds are ready for managed services.

Responsibilities

• Own AI engineering delivery across agentic framework, AI solution engineering, platform infra and data fabric pipeline.
• Chair fortnightly build reviews with the vendor and sign or refuse handover certificates.
• Build AI-powered security capabilities and prove readiness before trust.
• Lead four workstreams and arbitrate priorities across engineers.
• Define and audit engineering standards for releases and handover readiness.
• Ensure builds are tested, documented and packaged for managed service operations.
• Lead engineers across India and the UK and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
• Embed security controls by design to binding AI security standards before release.
• Act as senior engineering voice in architecture reviews and challenge designs on buildability.
