Job summary

MMS, a data-focused clinical research organization, seeks a Director of Operational Efficiency & Technology Innovation to advance AI and emerging technologies. You will partner with service line leaders to identify AI opportunities, drive organizational change, and implement innovative tech solutions with governance and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology innovation or related field.
• Hands-on AI strategy, automation, or ML in enterprise.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and practical business impact.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred (pharma/CRO).

Responsibilities

• Drive evaluation, development, and implementation of AI and automation across MMS.
• Improve operational efficiency and service delivery through process optimization.
• Establish AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with service lines and Data Science team.
• Represent MMS in industry events and strategic tech partnerships.
