• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive evaluation, development, and implementation of AI, machine learning, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead governance, risk management, validation, and regulatory compliance across AI initiatives.
