Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director for Meetings & Events Special Projects, Data & AI. You will lead the transformation agenda across the global service line, working at the intersection of operations, technology, analytics, and AI to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Reporting to the Global Meetings & Events Senior Director, you will partner with operations leaders, product teams, and AI experts to deliver measurable outcomes and tangible business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations transformation, strategy, consulting, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in global organisations.
• Experience developing BI, operational reporting, or analytical solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, workflow technologies, or digital transformation.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to implement technology-enabled solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic transformation and special projects across a global meetings & events service line.
• Translate priorities into measurable plans, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
• Partner with operational leaders, product and engineering teams to deploy AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
