Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London seeks a Director, Litigation EMEA to lead complex litigation and regulatory matters across the region. You will coordinate with global teams, manage investigations, and drive policy and risk strategies for the SIE business.

The role reports to the VP, Litigation and is based in London, UK, with responsibilities spanning compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration across SIE's global structure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years PQE with leading complex litigation.
• Qualified UK lawyer with cross-jurisdiction exposure.
• Solid understanding of competition law and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal processes to support regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with global litigation and competition counsel.
• Represent SIE before authorities and agencies.
• Manage litigation budgets and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Perform risk assessments under competition and consumer protection laws.
• Implement worldwide business and policy strategies.
• Provide trainings on competition laws and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Government Affairs on public policy initiatives.
