Job summary

Prolific is seeking IT leaders with hands-on ITSM/ESM experience to join our Expert Network. You’ll evaluate and discuss ITSM/ESM platforms and participate in paid research tasks, earning competitive rates for your insights.

Successful candidates complete a brief test, then may contribute as paid participants who share real-world IT policy and operations knowledge to help researchers design better AI systems. Work from home with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in IT, Technology, IT Operations, or a related function.
• Deep background in ITSM/ESM domains and hands-on platform experience.
• Experience as a decision maker for ITSM/ESM platform selection, implementation, or management.
• Strong ability to analyze complex IT service workflows and provide clear insights.
• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Share expert perspectives on IT workflows, employee service requests, IT policy, and IT operations.
• Assess ITSM/ESM scenarios such as incident escalation, ticket triage, and onboarding requests.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform research on service management practices.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to ITSM/ESM platforms.
• Contribute subject matter knowledge to help research teams understand IT use of service management platforms.
