The role requires leadership experience in enterprise risk and regulatory programs, with a track record of guiding senior leaders and shaping risk-informed strategy across a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise risk, compliance, governance or operational risk programs within a complex, highly regulated organization.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders to drive risk-based decisions and strengthen controls.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, audit practices and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of enterprise risk and compliance programs, ensuring resilience and regulatory alignment.
• Shape risk-informed decision-making across the business with governance reporting and recommendations.
• Strengthen operational resilience and business continuity; drive preparedness for critical events.
• Champion a culture of accountability and ethical conduct, guiding leaders to manage risk and maintain integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement across risk, audit and assurance processes, closing control gaps.
