LGPS Central is seeking an Investment Analyst based in the Midlands region to support the investment function. You will contribute to research, analysis and monitoring across multiple asset classes, ensuring rigorous, well-governed investment outcomes.

You will work with Portfolio Managers and the Responsible Investment team in a FCA-regulated environment, delivering timely, well-documented insights and helping maintain risk controls and stewardship considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Graduate level or near-qualified with interest in CFA/IMC is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support Investment Managers in the analysis, evaluation and monitoring of investments across LGPS Central's full asset class universe.
• Assist in sourcing and assessing new investments in line with strategies and processes.
• Document investment rationale through financial and qualitative analysis.
• Contribute to portfolio construction, implementation and ongoing monitoring.
• Support preparation of materials for Investment Committees and governance forums.
