Job summary

Moody's is seeking a senior product leader for casualty and financial lines underwriting solutions. You will steer strategy from concept to launch, coordinating with underwriters, actuaries, and data teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

You will represent Moody's in client meetings and industry events, translating customer needs into product direction and prioritizing AI-enabled capabilities across the portfolio. Global travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, insurance, data science or a related field.
Experience leading underwriting teams and driving strategic product decisions.
Strong understanding of casualty and financial lines risks across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and roadmap for casualty and financial lines underwriting solutions from concept to market.
Define multi-year product strategy focusing on innovation, scalability and commercial impact.
Lead planning cycles and align investments with enterprise platform vision across data, analytics, and digital capabilities.
Act as product lead in customer meetings, industry events and analyst briefings.
Collaborate with underwriters and actuaries to translate customer needs into product direction.
Identify opportunities to apply AI across the product portfolio and coordinate with AI/ML teams.
