Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Director of Product Management for Casualty to lead strategy and roadmap for underwriting solutions across casualty and financial lines. You will drive innovation, scalability and market adoption, collaborating with underwriters, actuaries, and executives to align with Moody’s enterprise data and analytics vision.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, explore opportunities for AI-driven insights, and partner with marketing and sales to deliver value to global clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the insurance industry working with underwriters and underwriting teams.
• Experience with casualty and financial lines, and familiarity with US/Europe/Lloyd’s markets.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver innovative solutions from concept to market.
• Strong communication, leadership, and travel readiness for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap for Moody’s casualty and financial lines underwriting solutions from concept to launch.
• Define multi-year product strategy focused on innovation, scalability and commercial impact.
• Represent Moody’s in customer meetings, industry events and analyst briefings.
• Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries and executives to translate customer needs into product direction.
• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI across the portfolio with AI/ML and engineering teams.
• Oversee product lifecycle and monitor KPIs for prioritization decisions.
• Partner with marketing, sales enablement and customer success to drive adoption and value realization.
