Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with strong Naval Architecture background.
• Deep knowledge of ship hydrodynamics and propulsion efficiency.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and managing large budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional hydrodynamics working group and coordinate priorities.
• Provide expert guidance on vessel propulsion efficiency and hull performance.
• Support implementation of technologies and best practices to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain a technical library of projects and lessons learned.
