Job summary

Global Luxury Group in London is seeking a Director of Group Financial Reporting to lead the development of a best-in-class function, delivering robust reporting, strong controls and timely statutory reporting across an international group.

Reporting to the VP, Group Financial Controller, you will shape the reporting framework, drive IFRS governance, and partner with senior finance stakeholders on complex accounting and strategic projects, including M&A and finance transformation.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with strong technical accounting foundation.
• Extensive experience in Group Financial Reporting within a large international organization.
• Excellent IFRS knowledge and multi-entity consolidation experience.
• Experience driving finance transformation, reporting technology implementations or automation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the Group Financial Reporting function across international entities.
• Provide authoritative IFRS guidance on complex accounting matters and strategic decisions.
• Own consolidation and statutory reporting for timely, compliant financial information.
• Drive the Finance Transformation programme including reporting systems improvements and data integrity.
• Develop and implement consistent accounting policies, reporting frameworks and controls.
