Job summary

Fidelity International in London seeks an experienced Solutions Implementation Associate Director/Director to lead cross-functional delivery of client solutions, coordinating between Investment Management, Distribution, FIL Platforms and regional teams.

The role requires strong program management, governance, and the ability to translate regional requirements into scalable, globally consistent delivery, balancing local market needs with the global operating model.

Qualifications

• Strong structure, coordination, project management and execution skills.
• Proven experience of identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Significant stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to create strong documentation, workflow processes, governance routines and follow-through mechanisms.
• Client orientation, the ability to understand and operate in a manner that delivers a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Solutions triage: manage the pipeline of client opportunities and determine feasibility of options with stakeholders.
• Maintain a transparent pipeline view including prioritisation, dependencies, risks, owners, timelines and key decisions.
• Establish governance, logs and escalation routes to support timely, well-documented decision-making across complex initiatives.
• Coordinate between global Solutions, platform and regional teams to reflect regional requirements in delivery plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the Solutions delivery lifecycle.
