Lloyds Banking Group in London seeks a Director, Network Management - Transaction Banking Product (TBP) to lead the strategic development of the bank’s global payments network and partner ecosystem. You will influence product, operations and technology to deliver secure, compliant cross‑border services.

In this senior role, you will drive partnerships with banks, PSPs and fintechs, oversee real-time payments and digital assets initiatives, and shape the network strategy to support international

Qualifications

• Experience managing financial institution and fintech partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of international payments, correspondent banking, cash management and digital assets.
• Strong understanding of SWIFT, RTGS, instant payment schemes, and cross-border payment networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Network Management strategy; present to senior leadership.
• Oversee nostro account network and payment routing; monitor performance and risk.
• Manage relationships with banks, PSPs, fintechs; lead negotiations for cost and service impact.
• Identify and deliver new payment propositions including real-time payments and digital assets.
• Lead partner selection and due diligence against service quality and regulatory requirements.
• Grow and develop the Network Management team; align capabilities with product needs.
