Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Strategy for Global Markets to collaborate with teams across Strategy & Operations and business units in 200+ markets. You will gather data, test hypotheses, develop recommendations, and present results to Global Markets leadership, implementing them with regional teams.

You will join a globally distributed team in London, New York, and Dubai, reporting to the Vice President, Strategy, Global Markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting.
• Strong understanding of the payments business and industry.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the Global Markets execution framework against enterprise strategy.
• Identify key strategic priorities across Global Markets.
• Support planning and investment-prioritization for regional market plans.
• Develop project roadmaps to meet strategic targets and financial commitments.
• Lead cross-border and market-entry initiatives with regional teams.
