The Director General Chief Operating Officer is a key senior leadership role within the department, leading the FCDO’s operations and delivery of the Government’s global platform. The role is also key in driving change and efficiency under the FCDO’s 2030 Reform Plan, part of a wider Civil Service reform agenda.
