Job summary

Fuse is seeking a Director, Events & Live Experiences (Football) to lead delivery and growth of football partnerships, hospitality programmes, live events and fan experiences for global brands.

You will oversee activations across UEFA competitions, domestic leagues, clubs and federations, acting as a senior client lead, driving strategic partnerships, premium hospitality experiences and large-scale event delivery throughout the football calendar.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in football sponsorship, events, hospitality or experiential marketing.
• Proven success managing global brands, rights holders and senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Expertise delivering premium hospitality, VIP experiences and large-scale activations.
• Commercial acumen with experience identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Outstanding project management, financial management and client servicing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and growth of world-class football partnerships and live experiences for major brands.
• Oversee integrated sponsorship activations linked to major football properties (UEFA, leagues, clubs).
• Act as a senior client lead, driving strategic programmes and premium fan experiences.
• Manage multi-market programmes with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
