Job summary

Calibre Search is supporting a rapidly growing international engineering and specialist consultancy to appoint a Director to lead the continued development of its UK Fire Life Safety business from London.

You will own the P&L, grow revenue, strengthen existing client relationships, open new ones, and build the team required to support that growth, with significant autonomy and impact on the UK platform.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Fire Engineering / Fire Life Safety consultancy.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK Fire Life Safety growth from London.
• Own and manage the P&L, revenue growth and client relationships.
• Build and develop the team required to support growth.
• Develop new markets and opportunities for the UK business.
• Represent the Fire Life Safety offering at senior client level.
