Job summary

eFinancialCareers Ltd. in London is partnering with a leading international bank to appoint a Director, Financial Institutions Financing Sales.

The role is client-facing, focusing on delivering financing solutions to financial institutions across the UK, Middle East and Switzerland, including repo, money markets and securitised products. You will manage and grow a high-value client base in partnership with colleagues across Europe and globally, originating opportunities, developing relationships

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and transactional experience across financing products, particularly repo and money markets.
• Experience covering sophisticated financial institution clients.
• Strong understanding of pricing, execution and market dynamics across financing products.
• Familiarity with both voice and electronic trading environments.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to develop client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Demonstrable track record of revenue generation and client franchise development.
• Relevant experience at VP or Director level within a bank or financial markets platform.

Responsibilities

• Originate, market and execute financing solutions for financial institution clients.
• Develop relationships across banks, financial sponsors, insurers, traditional and alternative asset managers, real money investors and hedge funds.
• Work closely with trading teams to identify and optimise financing opportunities.
• Grow the financing client base across the UK, Middle East and Switzerland.
• Collaborate closely with electronic sales, research and client solutions teams.
• Support new client onboarding and ongoing client requirements.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives across the financing platform.
