Job summary

CK Search Global is seeking an experienced due diligence professional to join its Transaction Services team. Roles are available in Bristol, Leeds and Thames Valley, focusing on financial due diligence for M&A, IPOs and capital raises.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified with substantial FDD experience and a proven ability to develop business, manage projects and lead client relationships at SM or Director level. Strong MS Office skills and sector knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent).
• Significant and enough FDD experience for a director role gained within a TS department within a major firm
• Proven track record of successful business development
• Previous management experience at SM or Director level.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the management of the Corporate Finance team with other Senior Managers, Directors and Partners.
• Project manage larger FDD engagements, including the identification and resolution of project issues prior to Partner review.
• Assume responsibilities for project execution and delivery to timelines, including management of other service lines.
• Build strong and sustainable relationships with clients, both internal and external to the firm, establishing both a rapport and trust.
• Assume real ownership of client relationships and projects.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and industries.
