Job summary

KAYAK is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation (Finance Systems) to steer global finance systems and enterprise architecture from our London office. You will lead multiple product areas, govern NetSuite and related tools, and drive AI-enabled finance improvements with senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Systems, this role focuses on accelerated closes, reduced manual work, and robust data governance while building a high-performing team across systems, product

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance systems, enterprise tech or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and O2C, P2P, R2R processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects (ERP migrations, payment systems).
• AI/automation in finance context preferred.
• Strong relationships across teams and senior leadership communication.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for global finance systems aligned with business goals.
• Own NetSuite ecosystem and multi-year roadmap across related tools.
• Govern NetSuite configurations, upgrades, and integration architecture.
• Lead AI and automation roadmap for finance, drive reduction of manual work.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build a trusted data foundation for AI.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing Finance Systems team.
• Translate goals into phased delivery plans with milestones and budgets.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Internal Audit, and Engineering to align priorities.
