Job summary

Citi London is seeking a Director-level candidate to lead automated pricing, structuring, and lifecycle management for multi-asset equity derivatives. You will drive platform automation and digital transformation at the frontier of quantitative development in a fast-paced, front-office environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Trading, Quantitative Strategy, and Technology to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, with a hybrid work model and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Extensive equity derivatives structuring experience in front-office or trading roles.
• Hands-on pricing, hedging and marketing of vanilla and exotic derivatives to institutions.
• Deep multi-asset product knowledge and financial engineering fluency.
• Advanced programming with Python and VBA/Excel for prototyping and analytics.
• Experience with Agile delivery, PRD authoring, and cross-functional technology projects.
• Strong understanding of pricing models, risk management and Greeks in live trading.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy automated structuring platforms with real-time pricing and execution.
• Engineer execution workflows for structured products across multiple assets.
• Lead modernization of quantitative infrastructure and cloud-native architectures.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and translate requirements into specs.
• Monitor advances in ML, automation, and platform connectivity for differentiation.
• Oversee post-trade lifecycle supervision and client communications to reduce risk.
