Role
  1. Lead high-priority strategic projects, including problem scoping, research, analysis, and providing insights and recommendations.
  2. Develop strategy presentations and memos for C-suite and Board members.
  3. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, sharing reports with the team and senior leadership.
  4. Identify and develop new growth opportunities based on market and competitive analysis.
  5. Assist in refining corporate strategy to address key issues impacting the company.
  6. Evaluate potential acquisitions and investments aligned with strategic priorities.
  7. Facilitate and influence strategic planning across business units, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  8. Coach junior team members.
All About You
  1. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Knowledge of financial services and/or payment industry required.
  3. 6+ years of consulting or internal strategy experience, including project leadership.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
  5. Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage stakeholders globally.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports.
  7. Strong quantitative and modeling skills.
