Backed by institutional capital and strategic advisors, we are seeking a Founding Partner / CEO with proven ability to source, evaluate, and secure prime logistics development sites near key metropolitan hubs across Europe.

Who You Are

An entrepreneurial dealmaker with:

• A strong track record of site origination and land acquisition for logistics or industrial developments
• Deep market knowledge of urban-edge zones, including zoning, transport access, and permitting
• Active networks with brokers, municipalities, landowners, and logistics operators
• Experience working across multiple European markets (Western, Central, or Southern Europe)
• The ability to navigate complex planning, environmental, and regulatory processes

Your Role as Founder

• Identify and secure strategically located plots for large-scale and last-mile logistics developments
• Shape and execute the company’s growth strategy across Tier 1 and Tier 2 European cities
• Build relationships with tenants and institutional capital partners
• Lead land negotiation, site due diligence, permitting, and JV structuring
• Assemble a world-class team to support development, leasing, and operations
• Represent the company at industry events, with municipalities, and investor groups
