Job summary

IQVIA seeks a senior Drug Development Program Leader to oversee and drive delivery across complex development programs for biotechnology and pharmaceutical customers. You will lead executive teams, set strategy, and ensure delivery excellence from discovery through regulatory milestones.

You will champion governance, portfolio planning, and risk management while mentoring a high-performing group of program leaders, project managers, and scientists to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a life sciences or related field with significant experience.
• 15–20+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech drug development leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex drug development programs and portfolios.
• Provide strategic leadership across clinical development, regulatory, and commercial interfaces.
• Develop governance models, KPIs, and decision-making processes for program leadership.
