Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics seeks a senior Program Manager to partner with drug development leaders and matrix teams. You will translate scientific strategy into end-to-end project plans and drive flawless execution across discovery, translational medicine, biology, development strategy, and finance, including CROs.

You will manage governance dashboards, risk management, budgets, and readiness for milestones, collaborating with SMEs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of drug development experience in pharma/biotech environments.
• Experience applying project management methodologies in complex, matrixed settings.
• Understanding of drug discovery principles and regulatory strategy.

Responsibilities

• Translate drug development strategy into integrated, detailed project plans (scope, milestones, dependencies).
• Monitor progress and coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Schedule and run project team meetings; track decisions and actions.
• Develop governance-ready dashboards and decision logs for exec and board reviews.
• Coordinate budgets and resource needs across projects and pipelines.
