Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Director, Digital Product Owner to steer the technology direction across Cunard and P&O Cruises, reporting into the Commerce Department. You will lead a team of technology professionals to shape strategic roadmaps and ensure customer-centric, commercially driven digital experiences.

You will partner with Brand, DTO and Operations to balance guest value with business priorities, leveraging Agile delivery and enterprise-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital product management or product ownership.
• Experience defining and delivering customer-facing digital commerce platforms.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Technology, UX, Marketing and Data.
• Strong commercial judgement and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated product vision and strategic roadmap across web and app channels for Cunard and P&O Cruises.
• Lead Design & UX, Digital Self-Service and Product Ownership functions.
• Align roadmaps with DTO’s Technical Product Owners and resolve blockers that risk outcomes.
• Establish robust product governance and investment decision‑making with senior stakeholders.
