Job summary

• Experience in technology risk within a large, regulated financial services or payments environment.
• Ability to translate industry standards into a coherent control framework.
• Experience partnering with risk, product, engineering and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Second Line build-out of a Technology Control Framework aligned to Mastercard standards.
• Provide Second Line oversight of digital-asset infrastructure and custody models.
• Challenge First Line risk assessments, control design and remediation plans.
• Perform targeted control validation of critical services and cloud infrastructure.
