Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors seeks a leader to establish the initial Digital Asset Operations governance and operating model, coordinating across risk, compliance, technology and business units in a regulated environment. You will shape the control framework, launch readiness, and partner with Distribution, Investments and IT to scale tokenized products globally, in a hybrid London-based role.

The role offers visibility to senior leadership, cross-border projects and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Significant experience in asset management or investment operations within financial services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business, operations, technology, risk and legal.
• Direct exposure to digital assets, tokenization, custody or related institutional initiatives.
• Ability to translate technology concepts into practical operational requirements and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model, governance framework and control environment for digital asset initiatives.
• Define run-the-business and change-the-business requirements for tokenized operations.
• Design operational workflows for token issuance, onboarding, settlement and reporting.
• Develop process maps, risk logs, launch readiness checklists and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Investments, Technology, Legal and Compliance to scale tokenized offerings.
• Identify regulatory considerations and manage external partner due diligence and oversight.
