Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a DBS Director to lead the DBS strategy and execution in alignment with site and business goals. You will partner with the Site Leadership team to drive cultural enablement and transformation using continuous improvement methodologies.

You will coach Lean practitioners and frontline teams, embed Daily Management Systems, and collaborate across Functions to deliver sustained performance improvements on safety, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and lead by example.
• Ability to influence across levels and facilitate diverse groups.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DBS strategy aligned with objectives and KPIs.
• Lead deployment of DBS principles across functions to improve safety, quality and cost.
• Coach Lean practitioners, managers and frontline teams.
• Drive cultural transformation with disciplined problem solving.
• Ensure robust Daily Management Systems are in place.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.
