Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, invites an experienced manufacturing leader to join our Cardiff site as Value Stream Leader, on-site. You will drive safety, quality and delivery across the value stream, coaching a team and leading cross-functional improvements in a regulated environment.

You will apply Lean and DBS principles, develop talent, and partner with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to achieve measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in science, engineering or a related field.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Experience in regulated environments with emphasis on quality, safety and compliance.
• Experience applying Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own operational performance across the value stream, delivering on safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Drive performance management and training for supervisors and associates.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Apply Lean and Operational Excellence to improve productivity and team performance.
• Lead and deliver improvement projects with sustainable outcomes.
• Champion change management while maintaining engagement and performance.
