Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Science, IT, Computer Science or related field with 10 years of experience (MS with 8).
• Leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing or technical operations with data-driven transformation in a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and unit operations across substance, product, packaging, and analytical.
• Expertise in manufacturing data systems, process monitoring, and analytics technologies.
• Ability to influence across matrix organizations and drive accountability for execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of data and analytics priorities across SM S&T with measurable business impact.
• Translate data strategy into practical plans with milestones and value metrics.
• Partner with leadership to align priorities and remove barriers to execution.
• Ensure analytics initiatives address clear business problems and deliver value.
• Lead data engineering to build robust pipelines and ensure data quality across source systems to analytics platforms.
• Enable scientists and engineers to access data for process monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Promote adoption of Proactive Process Monitoring, CPV, MPI, and data-driven decision making.
