Rocket Software is seeking a Director, Customer Solutions Engineering PMO (CSE PMO) to provide strategic direction and accountability for the professional services portfolio. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a professional services leader driving a multi‑million dollar portfolio
• 10+ years of previous management experience
• Solid understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles
• Business/technical background with financial acumen and portfolio discipline
• Experience as business owner of a fully integrated enterprise PSA solution
• Proven leadership of professional services teams delivering technology solutions to large customers
• Experience with M&A integration accountability
• PMP, PfMP, and PgMP certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while upholding Rocket values
• Directs the activities of Project Management leadership within the CSE organization and manages planning, staffing, budgeting, and improvements to the PM methodology
• Oversees post-sales portfolio finances including planning, tracking, forecasting and reporting
• Leads senior management alignment to ensure smooth transition from pre‑sales to delivery
• Develops and presents portfolio communications to stakeholders and standardizes PMO outputs
• Leads design and implementation of CSE project management processes and methodology improvements
• Ensures PMO members are enabled to manage engagements from initiation to go-live
• Drives issue/risk resolution and data‑driven decision making
• Provides long‑term direction for the CSE PMO and oversees integration during corporate M&A activities
